Grace Goldens is located in Birmingham, AL.  We are a homeschooling family with three kids. Our flexible schedule allows us to spend much time with each puppy.

Our pups are delivered in our home (unless medical intervention is needed). Puppies are raised in our home where they become familiar with the sights and sounds of "home" living.  This early stimulation helps with socialization and transitioning from our home to yours.  Our puppies are attended to night and day with lots of love and care.  Each of our puppies are cared for from the moment they arrive until they go to their forever home.

 

Families that are on our Master List receive weekly updates on pregnancy.  We allow our families to walk through this process with us.  Whelping is a blessing from God and we want to share the excitment and joy with our extended puppy families.

We take pictures of our puppies at birth and every week until they go to their forever home. We place a few pictures on our facebook page but our families receive personality and growth updates a couple times a week.

 

 As puppies are selected, in order of received application and deposit, we communicate directly with owners sending lots of pictures, as well as, growth and personality updates. We pride ourself on building a lasting relationship with our families before a puppy goes home and continuing throughout

the life of the dog.

Puppies stay with us until they are 8 weeks of age.  At that time, families must visit our home to pick up their puppy. We do charge ($50 a day) for all puppies not picked up at 8 weeks of age. 

 

 WE DO NOT SHIP PUPPIES!

We require all Grace Goldens puppies to fly in cabin with their new family.  All of our puppies, fly or have extended car rides, are introduced to their travel crate as early as 6 weeks of age to prepare for the journey home. Travel crate and flight certificate, if needed, are the responsibility of the new owner.

 

Don't live near Birmingham, AL?  Grace Goldens does offer help with delivery of puppies! We can meet up to 2 hours away from Birmingham. We calculate $0.75 per mile to cover the cost of our expenses. We realize in a car for several hours can be stressful on a puppy and driver. This is a service we are happy to offer. If this interests you, we can discuss during our initial conversation.

Arrangements for puppy selection and visits will be welcomed after $500 deposit is received and puppy is old enough for visitors.  Please contact us if you are interested in reserving a pup.

Please understand that we are not a kennel breeder, but a small home breeder.  We do not accept visitors to our home to just "look" at dogs.
